                              RESOLUTION NO. 21611
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION DECLARING CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED
                 AT HOLTZCLAW AVENUE AND WILSON STREET, MORE
                 PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN, AS SURPLUS AND
                 AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF SAID SURPLUS PROPERTY
                 TO HENRY M. FRANCIS, JR., M.D. FOR A
                 CONSIDERATION OF FIFTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS
                 ($55,000.00).
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That certain property located at 
Holtzclaw
       Avenue and Wilson Street, more particularly shown on the map
       attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, identified
       as Hamilton County Tax Map No. 136N-B-006.01, -006.02 and 
-006.03,
       be and is hereby declared surplus; and
       	    	 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Department of General
       Services be and is hereby authorized to sell said surplus 
property
       to Henry M. Francis, Jr., M.D. for consideration in the amount of 

       $55,000.00.
